just ran 8.70

Well I just ran a 8.70 in the 1/8th I am happy with this car I just drove from Utah to Virginia and it is a nice *** 180,000 mile 92 L98 Z28

Stock or what? I think my 89 with the stock carbed L98 with 150K ran a 8.7 launching it like i was scared to brake the rear(it did the next pass...).

1/8th 8.705.
MPH 78.74.. I launched it very easy, still stock rear with 3.73 gears, 700R4 TCI Street Fighter,ET Street 26x11.50x16 on stock rims, Alu Drive shaft, A/C and smog delete,K&N, stock engine just a Adjustable FP reg. On a car I just drove from Utah to Virginia with 180,000 miles on the clock.....

Damn, if I could cut a 1.8 my car should be in the 12s... I cut 2.2's with my nitto drag radials... I did cut a 1.9 but my ses light came on and I lost all power.

nice, i run a 9.20 in the 1/8 and my car is set up almost identical to yours, my r/t was .01-.02 with 2.1-2.2 60 ft times, my car was spinnin and hoppin through 1st and 2nd, on street tires. i ordered lcarb and tubular lca w/ poly bushings from spohn. hopefully i can hook up and see times similar to yours. where in va do u live and where what track you go to

I have a similar car but it has built motor(388stroker) and trans(350 turbo 3500 stal) goes 7.33 best in the 1/8th at 93mph stock suspension on 93 pump gas.
