my 94 goes 10.08 @ 138 on pump gas with t56, video inside
Made 1 last trip to MIR, spec 3 had been on the fritz slipping randomly. Got the new 28 x 12.5 et streets mounted and ready,
first pass 1.57 60 ft, pulled second and nothing but slip.. Let it cool and go for another, this time
1.53 60 ft, 10.08 @ 138.8 shifting easy to save clutch some. Third pass come out at 6500, new best 1.46 60ft!!! Pull second and slipping like crazy, let out and get back in, slow shift 3 and 4 - 10.17 @ 138.88 - 4th pass 1.52, nothing but slip to follow, load her up and head home..
Had been nursing this clutch for a few weeks, car had 9s for sure on 2nd and third pass for sure with good clutch, even the good pass cant power shift and feel slip between on gear change.. Really wanted that 9.xx..
Pump gas + 150 shot on 23° 406, w/afr 195s and mini ram.
This is the pass I had to get out of twice due to clutch, atleast I have the 1.46 on video.

AHHH soo close man, that would have been it for sure! Congrats, i guess the car liked those taller tires. You got some strong mph there, i guess the air was great this weekend? I may have been able to go 145 haha

Thank you, have not tried for 10s lately on motor, I am positive it would have yesterday and planned to try after busting my 9.x.. These 28"s are hooking great so far and were allowing good 60fts, they should have gotten me there.. Not a daily driver, though I drive atleast 2 times per week, weather to grocery store, track or just joy.. I put a good many miles on this year and previous.

28"s surely helped the car alot, I hate the way they look though.. the air really seemed good also, cool and sunny, had car held I probably could have gotten 8-9 passes, you would have gone faster for sure.

Yeah, this car is done for sure, clutch has no more left.. Considered taking the Vega to Cecil next weekend, I will be in Philly anyway for In-laws, maybe I will tow that down and get my 8.99.. Not sure about winter plan, would like to dyno before tearing down, but sure clutch will not hold 4th hear pulls now.
