Rear quarter ground effect..

Have any of you had to trim down the ground effect that curves around into the fender where it bolts to the lip? Mine has had a little bit of hammer work to run a taller tire and the z28 effect is about 1/4 shy from fitting flush. Any pics would help.

I'm not trying to do a show car either but still want it to look nice. I'm replacing the body kit that was on my car when I bought it with a z28 style.

I've had 29.5's on my car before and I had to knock on the fenders some but that old body kit covered it. Now that its off its the factory style doesn't line up like I want. it's taking some work but I'm getting there now.
