Shock/strut valve ratios wanted

I'll be moving onto an adjustable shock and strut for next season. It's plain to see I could use a little more weight transfer and try and improve the 60' time. The new engine and rear gear appear to be too much for the old suspension.
While I'm not interested in a full out drag racing shock as this car has been a daily driver/cross country cruiser at times, I am interested in something that has enough adjustability to give reasonable strip orientated performance while allowing for a traditional ride on the highway.
I saw the Lakewood adjustable advertises the fronts as 90/10, 80/20 and 70/30 while the rears are 50/50, 60/40 and 70/30.
Does anyone have the valving specs for a traditional non-adjustable shock (like a Sensa-Trac) or the specs for something like the KYB AGX or Koni Yellows?
Thanks in advance.
Thought I should add that the car is lowered with Intrax springs (about 1 1/2"). I have Spohn strut mounts for lowered suspensions as well.

Re: Shock/strut valve ratios wanted

As I continue to search, I came across this article. Although it's directed at the hardcore road racer/auto-crosser, it does raise a few very interesting points.
