The pics of the Deloreans seem to be of two different cars, one painted black and the other brushed stainless steel. To bad the frames were not made of SS, kinda weird that the frame rotted out, especially in WA.
The delorean is the same (notice the black fascia) When I bought the car in may it was in black but around 3 months ago I stripped the paint off with aircraft stripper and I restored it back to stainless.
Been here a while, figured I should post some pictures. Its actually a nice deep red color but the blue sky reflecting off the clear coat made it look pink.

Well i know this thread is old but i figured id revive it with some pics of my car since im technically a PNW member now lol
*NOTE THE BANNER* lol
1. Pic of the camaro when i got back from the Army, needs some TLC still
2. This is my new fuel gauge, got a pod for it to mount it to the dash so i can hide the wires, and my new (to me) Momo wheel
3. Rear of the car, working on installing the high rise spoiler, got the holes filled in and primed up now, also proud of my all red tails, i did them myself before i left
4. Pic of my RS with my friends 89 GTA after we rebuilt the motor, too bad its been sold to someone else now >_<
5. Kind of a shotty pic, this is my gauge cluster at night, Volts, Temp and Oil pressure, its a lot nicer in person not so glared
cant you apply for an abandoned title up here? Ive done it before in AZ they just send a letter to the last registered owner to make sure its not stolen and you end up getting one, only problem is its the same as a salvage title, down there at least not too sure about how everything works up here its kinda bassackwards lol Ive never gotten my plates right away and had to wait on my license before lol

I bought it here in Yakima,WA from some old man. I called the DMV in Oregon because it had Oregon plates on it. When I bought he wrote me out a bill of sale. I sent a cope to DMV in Oregon they sent me a letter with the lost know owner. I sent the last know owner a certified letter and a bill of sale in it to sign over legal ownership and so on. When I sent the later he called me in about 1 week say I had his old car and everything. I had to get him to fill out a lost title and fill out a bill of sale and Oregon DMV gave me the title.
When I got the car it had a 305 H.O with a 4 speed, the car was sitting since 91. There was water in the block so everything go cracked. I just recently put in a 307 with a th350. I'm on my way to a long restoration.
They can be a PITA but its fun and worth it in my eyes lol I'm using mine as a DD trying to get it nice again problem is I've got my hands in a million little projects that keep side tracking me lol

My IROC is an '85. The car is ALL original...and I am constantly told, one of the most complete IROCs most have ever seen. The red/gold paint and decals are original. The car runs strong and only has a little over 78,000 original miles...my daily driver. The t-tops do not leak, and the interior is as nice as the exterior. The car has a dealer installed Hurst Dual Gate shifter. These cars are meant to be driven and enjoyed. The car will be looking for a new home soon...hopefully someone who "knows" their IROCs, will appreciate the car for what it is and will care for the car, like me and its previous owners have cared for the car.
