Re: Any else watching Bullrun?

I think the mexicans had a fuel guage and the charger had a speedo....I'll have to go back and check...But yeah, they have to big gas cans in the backseat, that's a big help. hope they had 'em sealed up tight.

EDIT: just went back and checked. the charger difinatly didn't have a gas guage but they had a speedo. and the chevy didn't have a speedo, but they had a gas guage.

Re: Any else watching Bullrun?

That sucks! That was not cool. The guys in the Olds would rather have driven on crappy brakes then to just let the charger have another shot...and next weeks preview didn't give much one way or another as to what's going to happen...

Re: Any else watching Bullrun?

This looks to be a good ending... though the Olds might just crap out by the end. F150 vs Trans Am, but Trans Am has darn good momentum. I think they've won the last 3 and gotten the time bonuses.

Last episode. Trans Am, Olds, and F-150...I want to see the TA win...but as long as someone beats the scrap out of the olds I'll be happy.

I really wish the east coasters will stay out of our tv talks lol. They tend to spoil everything.

Even though I knew about 2hrs ago that Team TA wins lol

I find it crazy that Mike the Dad can do donuts just fine but when it comes down to one little slide to bust through some glass he misses not once but twice.

Entertaining show though!

I'm glad the sh!tty Found On Road Dead truck and the Mario Brothers lost.

lol. yeah. Sorry if our impromtu celebration on the TAs behalf ruined anything for you guys on the west coast, wasn't even thinking about the show airing at a different time for us.

I didn't hate the f150, I actually used to own 2. I'm just glad that the brothers in the olds didn't win. that's what I was hoping for the most. they were pricks.

Re: Any else watching Bullrun?

yeah, my girlfriend and I were literally on the edge of our seats when goldberg was just standing there about to announce the winner....as soon as the flag girl started to pull the blind out we saw an "A" (alsop) and we jumped up and freaked out. we went out to the TA and drove around town screaming...the city prolly thought we were crazy driving around yelling "Team 9, Trans Am won!" lol

Re: Any else watching Bullrun?

Yea man I was ecstatic when the Trans Am won, because they were the fairest team and had a bad*** car. When the Olds did that little brake stunt and took there car to Midas, man did they f*** the F-150 over. If it wasn't for that I think the F-150 would have won. Doesn't matter because the Trans Am gave our cars a better rep.

Re: Any else watching Bullrun?

I was kinda mad that they stopped at a brake shop and totally screwed the f150...but they didn't do anything against the rules....so I've jsut gotta suck it up....I wish it wouldn't have knicked the truck out though.

Re: Any else watching Bullrun?

I was watching the last episode today and it reminded me of something....the guys with the olds kept bragging through the whole race that there 75 olds was "all original" even the engine and paint....but at one point they were talking about how they were ruining there $10,000 paint job...if they paid 10 grand for a paint job, then it's not all original...and in the last episode you see them hooking up a 10lbs bottle of NOS in the trunk...to me, that's not too original....then they were talking about how they beat the f150 motor to motor...they had NOS! that's not motor to motor! WTF! My girlfriend couldn't fix a car if her life depended on it, but she could outdrive Dale Earnhart with her lead foot....and even she pointed at the bottle of NOS and yelled "that's not motor to motor!"

Re: Any else watching Bullrun?

I guess I missed when they said it was stock because according to the Bullrun web site it wasn't stock, it was fully restored. I doubt they ran the bottle on any of those races.

yeah bullrun site it says they have 600+ horse power? but i never seen them even come close to breaking the tires loose? even on the last tag team race they floored it but no tire spin at all lmao, that car is a piece of crap, but being on bullrun prob made it worth a whole lot more now.

Yeah, for how much horsepower each car was supposed to have the Trans Am seemed to really tear it up with a "detuned" 400 some horsepower.

Through all the early episodes they raved about how the car was all original. I actually never read their profile on the site...I read almost everyone elses....I just hated those guys with a pasion. lol.
