Re: Columbia River Camaro club

Where is the meeting? Is that the first exit as I get off the bridge in Oregon? I'm coming from Clatskanie and will take I5 into Portland. Is there major traffic at that time? There will be a meeting this Tuesday? I have 4 F bodys.3 of them are Pontiacs.
My 3 gen is a Camaro I hope to see you there.

Traffic going south bound is usually good at that time. I believe it is the third exit. See map in post #4

Re: Columbia River Camaro club

The meeting went great. I really like the club and I'll think we'll join if they will have us. I hope I found what I was looking for. I want a club of wrench turners and lovers of their cars. I am a member of 2 other clubs and they mostly take their car to someone to get done. I like to do it my self. I haven't found anyone that does decent work yet. Besides they need a 3rd gen.

Meeting went great nice to meet you. Face to a name. I like the idea for the roadster show. I will volenteer my car and my back for the event. When are you/? picking the cars to represent each year? As a club I guess we should form a commitee. I personally am cool if you pick. But I am sure you don't want to ruffle any feathers or hurt any feelings. I guess it depends on the theme weather we are leaning towards stock or modified cars.

We will pick cars by committee. I'm thinking to show we except all camaro's it would be good to have mild to wild? However I would like to get as good quality as we can get. It is an indoor show and not just an other cruise in. So far I have lots of 1st gens, 1 second, 2 third, no 4th and 1 fifth gens.

Meeting reminder! Delta park Elmer's. 6:30pm for dinner and social. 7:30pm for business meeting. This is an important meeting as dues are due, and the years calendar, clubs direction, budget, gets set. Hope to see you there.

Re: Columbia River Camaro club

The meeting was great. It's better then being at work. We as a club voted on the cars to go to the roadster show. Mine was in contention but Ingrid was too and she did a great job campaigning her car and it got the vote. No one has seen my car yet. Ingrid's car is awesome too. I'm really stoked for the roadster show. I plan on volunteering for them at least one day. I needed to check my work schedule and see when I am off.

The club will be going to Clatskanie on Saturday the 28th of June for their 24th anual car show. There is tons of classes and a prize for every one. If you would like to come send me a PM and I'll give you the skinny.
The club hosted a great show at Spirt Mnt. Casino last weekend and it was a hit. Come join us.

Do we have to register to be in the car show/meeting deal on Tuesday? Or just a show up and blow up type of deal?
