Internals are all the same as 3rd gen but axle and shafts are a few inches longer. Great bolt in if you want to run fourth gen wheels or vette wheels without spacers. $150. Sorry, I'm looking for a thirdgen rear. But that's a hell of a deal! Someone else might be willing to pick it up. With my rims I couldn't make a 4th gen rear work out. But thanks anyways.

Let me talk it over with my partner on the project and I'll let you know sometime this weekend. If you can email me some pics to maverick_ix@yahoo.com it might be easier to discuss.

Are they aftermarket gears?
An 89 Formula 350 would have had either 2.77 or a 3.27 gear ratio.

P.S. If you read this soon, I'm going to make a couple calls on Sunday and let you know.

use caution......brand new member offering shipping and insurance for 56.00??????? if he really had a friend at ups helping him out, how could they include insurance? smells like a scam.

Well if its not a scam, then there wouldn't be any problems. If it is then we really have nothing else to talk about.

If that be the case I should let you know that internet scams aren't safe from prosecution like they once were. My roomate is a lawyer for a firm that deals strictly with paypal scams. Half the time the people they catch are 14 year old kids that signed up using there parents credit cards.

Tell you what...

If you are serious about this, post it on eBay with either a BuyItNow or Reserve price of $441.15 + Free Shipping, the $41.15 will completely cover all ebay's fees.

Let me know when you plan on posting it and I'll be the first to bid.
Heck, you might even get more out of it than $400.

So how would you want paid?

It's nothing personal, it is just hard to trust some people on this site.

With rear ends, there can be a lot of variation in condition, and its almost impossible to know exactly what I'd be paying for.

May be we can do a 50% Now, 50% Later deal.

I think that's only to accept credit card payments.

Besides, I was willing to pay extra for the security, but we are past that now.

Thanks for your input, though.
