ONE OWNER car with original 1298XX miles (Carfax supplied). Great project car. Car was my daily driver and the intention was to fully restore it, but priorities have changed.

The bad:
Needs repaint
Some body surface rust -- NO MAJOR RUST CANCER
Hood has minor dent over LH headlight
Front driver's seat needs updating
Armrests have ballooned (like many Camaro armrests do)
Air-con needs re-gassing
Trunk and rear hatch shocks need replacing/rebuilding
A crack in the dash
Muffler needs replacing

The good:
Totally stock, unmodified original specs
Starts first time, every time
Passed Connecticut Emissions on 07/08/2011; still registered and insured.
New radiator and thermo (about 50 miles ago)
Belts and many brake lines replaced about 100 miles ago
Newer battery
Tires are good
Interior excellent for age
All electricals work -- cruise control, power windows, electric hatch opener, central locking, and radio/cassette

Had a partial front re-spray in 1999 due to excessive paint fade.

*Have original purchase papers, brochure, and most service receipts for last 23 years*

Car needs to go. Rare that you will ever find a one owner, well running 1988 Camaro.

Just replaced the battery.

Great car to restore given all numbers match and is a genuine one owner vehicle. Or, it can be a good daily driver. Or you can use it for parts.
