A Holley 600 should be more then adequate. My vote hands down.
I recommend mechanical choke vacuum secondaries,

CID X maxRPM /3456 = required carb CFM for single plane intake. Add a little more for a dual plane intake.
That formula, using 383 CID and 6500 max RPMs, produces 720 CFM. So, go for 750 CFM.
Vacuum secondary carbs are for tow vehicles. If you put the package together properly, you won't have any problems with a double pumper carb.
The best thing you can say about Edelbrock carbs is they are shiny.

If you want to be accurate with it.
I'm running a 600 on mine. I'm 95% VE @ 5500 RPM (579.044 CFM).
I get ~500 hp and 530 ft/lb out of it. Worth every penny

It's still ballparking. It doesn't mention intake type, and, as already mentioned, you typically need a slightly larger carb for a dual plane intake than you do for a single plane intake.
Do you have a dyno sheet for your engine? Did you run side-by-side comparisons with different carbs on the dyno to optimize your combo?
As the link does state, engines are a compromise. What might give you the best ET on the drag strip may be a pain to drive daily.

I've seen a ton of people complain about metal shavings from initial machining being down in the carbs from Barry Grant causing bad performance issues. I've also seen some that worked just fine. If I were to buy one, I'd inspect it thoroughly before bolting in it based on what I've HEARD - but I've never owned one personally. Anyone I know prefers Holley or Edelbrock over a Demon carb, but they are opinions. You may find that you like them, who knows.

ive seen some bad reviews about skip white performance, but i havent used them first hand. that being said, it looks like a good unit and for only $49, its a steal. id check out the vender review forum about skip white performance before commiting to buy though.
