92 rs camaro fuse box queston
Dose anyone have a photo, or diagram of a 92 rs camaro fuse block? I've deleted my efi and went to a carbed motor and want to pull out any unneeded fuses, and also just want to know what fuse goes where.
Thanks guys.
Thanks guys.

I'm not finding one anywhere either. About the only fuses you could delete would be INJ 1 and INJ 2, maybe ECM fuse. The rest are all needed - can't think of any others that could be removed.

Re: 92 rs camaro fuse box queston
I found this: https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/atta...ng-diagram.gif
Not sure it's completely identical, but looks close (it's dark here now and I can't verify).
See the two red circles - those areas are not supposed to have fuses anyway - they are only one slot (need two for a fuse since a fuse has 2 prongs) - they are for additional add-ons for convenience - any 1/4inch male spade connector will slip right in those. IGN only gets power when key on (like a "hot-in-run"), BAT gets power all the time (good for power seat so you can change seat BEFORE trying to squeeze your big a$$ in the car), LPS is lamps - anything connected there will get power when lights are turned on.
Hope that helps!

I found it - wasn't looking closely enough!

Here's all the wiring diags: http://www.austinthirdgen.org/index.php?pid=19
Scroll down for alot of extra 1992 diags as well.
Save this link to favs - lots of great info here: http://www.austinthirdgen.org/index.php?pid=2
I was right - ECM, INJ1, INJ2 - the rest you need.
WDO is power windows, if you don't have 'em, don't need that one.
DRL is Daylight Running Lamps, don't think any Camaro got them - should be empty anyway.
The red circled areas I talked about above still apply.

Thank you so much man, i'm installing new gauges and thats going to help me locate the lights so i can light up my sexy white faced gauges with blue accent lights and also fix the dang power rear lid.
Now i just gotta find a full lock and key kit and re-key the HOLE car, t-tops, doors, trunk, starter key (forgot how to spell so uh yeah starter key lol)

Re: 92 rs camaro fuse box queston
The ACC fuse, third row down, third from the left. Takes out radio, lighter, dome light, power mirrors and locks and third brake light as well. If the fuse keeps blowing it's probably the lighter socket, they like to short out. Just taking out the lighter won't help, you have to disconnect or change out the socket. If you just disconnect it be careful of the orange wire on the connector, hot at all times. Insulate from any possible grounds

ya i already disconnected the plug outlet this after noon I figured it was that because i had used it for something that evening then the next morning none of the lights worked i think it prob got stuck on or something. thing is my power windows are working as is my radio i should still change the fuse right. and if i change the fuse what do i ask for at the store.

Looks a lot like a 20 amp fuse. Replace and see what happens
Just take your old one in and get one or two just like it
