Heavily ported Bowtie heads for trade...
I have a set of extensively ported (Slovers porting So. Cal.) Chevy bowtie race heads, set up for solid roller. Casting #'s are 14011034. They are in need of a good cleaning/ freshening as they have been setting for a few years, some rust is starting to form, but will clean up nicely. I picked them up from a buddy who used to race sprint cars in hopes of using them on my 57' Chevy. The heads are going to be -way- too much for my application. I'd like to trade for a set of nice good flowing heads that are more street friendly. I am thinking along the lines of a ZZ4 head, vette alum. head, something like that. Let me know what you may have through PM....

I am assuming they are the phase 2's? Are they complete w/ valves studs etc? Milled at all?
Set on trading or do you have any idea of a price on them?

Yes, the heads are complete, phase 2's. I would recommend getting new springs, as these are used and have "racing" miles on them... The valves are great, valves and titanium retainers, etc...
I am open to selling them too, just don't really know what a fair price would be. I will post some pictures here shortly...

May even entertain the idea of Sportsman 2 heads for these... I'd prefer aluminum, but a decent set of iron may work too... I just know this is way too much head for my TPI engine...
