1985 Trans Am Hardtop
1985 Pontiac Trans Am purchased from original owner. Title verifies mileage at 103k. LG4 305 GM original motor and trans. 308 Rear end. Car comes with original build sheet from Van Nuys, CA. GM plant, original owners manual, and even the original life insurance policy issued by GM to any owner or passenger of this car. Car is all original and a perfect restoration platform. Interior is a solid 7/7.5 - 10. Perfect Dash, etc. Interior work is super minor. New hoses last year. Car needs very little work. The paint in the pictures is the original. 1985 is the only year the third gen Trans Am came with the bird hood. Hate to sell, but can't put the money into it anymore, and the gas and insurance are to much in the pocket to just keep it around as a weekend toy. Always a Georgia car, absolutely no rust whatsoever, anyone who is looking at this knows that a one of these in good shape and ALL original down to the radio is hard to find. Cruise works, so do power windows etc. Price is negotiable. Asking $4k.

Re: 1985 Trans Am Hardtop
Seriously? No one is interested at all? Am I asking to much or what?

Re: 1985 Trans Am Hardtop
Don't feel bad, shaffdizzy. If it had T-tops I would be interested. It is almost exactly the kind of project car I am looking for, minus the hardtop. IMO, $4k is a little too much, but not outrageous (as some people ask). Ask maybe closer to $3k and you may see more interest. At first glance, it appears a solid start for a project car. Good luck!
