How specific do you want to get? Big differences - 110mph vs 140mph speedometers. Little differences - yellow vs orange needles, different red lines for different engines, high oil pressure markings for V6's, and so on.
I want to say the orange needles were 92 only. All of the other differences are based on drivetrain and equipment more then a year to year change.

There were also differences in the actual placement of the markings - Its very slight, but there was a change between (IIRC) 91-92. Its extremely slight, but if you buy an overlay kit, you'll usually get both styles and see the difference.

I have a both a 91 92 cluster with yellow needles, but some do have orange.
92 cluster for both the firebird and camaro v6 at least don't have the same oil pressure labeling. There's no numbers and no hash marks on the left side other then the low pressure red ones.
