Differences between V6 cars and V8 cars?

Differences between V6 cars and V8 cars?
Hey all. I was just wondering what all the differences were between a V6 and V8 car?
I can get ahold of a V6 car real cheap, and would like to upgrade it to a V8 car but was wondering if it would be best to hold out for a V8 car.
I know the transmission is a weaker version, and the springs are softer. But what else is different about the V6 cars? Do they have a different rear-end in them as well? How about the brakes, are they smaller? Anything else you can tell me about the V6 cars that may cause a problem when updating it to a V8 car? Thanks!

Mine used to be a v6 car.
The springs are usually lighter.
The tranny won't bolt to a v8, so being weaker doesn't matter because you have to replace it.
The sway bars may be weaker and/or not have have a rear sway bar--mine didn't.
The rear-end is the same.
The brakes are the same(unless you compare it to a 1LE setup.
For me, buying a v6 car was great because it was cheap and I planned on replacing everything anyway.
