Oil Pressure Fluctuating

Hey guys,

Quick question for you "experts"... After my '91 RS is warmed up and I come to a stop (stoplight for example), my oil pressure gage drops to around 30 (maybe a little higher) but the needle will "flutter" back and forth until I start moving again, at which time it usually goes back up to around 60 psi at cruise. Just wondering what could possibly cause the oil pressure to flutter around like that, it kind of jumps up a little, then back down and repeats that until I accelerate - would blow-by cause this?
