TPI Intake Manifold Torque specs

25-45ftlbs according to my GM manual. Since it was such a wide range, I just use the old SOTP torque wrench.

Seat Of The Pants. Although, I personally don't prefer torque my intakes that way.
Torque always goes with hardware size. Look at the bolt, it carries its torque spec with it. 3/8" std thread should get about 30-35 ft-lbs. no matter whether it's an intake bolt, a bell housing bolt, water pump, exhaust manifold, etc.

stock timing is 6*, you may want to advance it to 8*, see if it gives you more power. if you have a scanner advance it as high as possible without any knock detection..

Engine: 350 TPI
Transmission: T56
Axle/Gears: 3.42
Use a stubby 9/16 wrench and tighten them as tight as you can with one hand from the center out to the ends. Ditch those T-40 head intake bolts because you can't get at them with the runners on and go with the hex 3/8-16 bolts.
You must go back after a couple heat/cool cycles because they loosen up to the point of being finger tight after a week or so.
