do i need the 2 wire connector or the single wire connector and where do i hook up my autometer tach? Im thinking i need the dual wire b/c of the ignition and tach...

You want the dual connector. The red wire goes to a switched ignition source. The other one goes to your tach.

You need a fairly heavy wire for the switched power source. Something like 10 gauge. No thinner than 12 so don't attach a thinner wire to the pigtail.

summit also has the adapter wire for power and tach..it plugs into your old one an then to the new dizzy so there is no splicing
