where can i get the Wells MAF sensor and how much CFM does it flow vs stock,

There was a guy on ebay that was selling them pretty cheap. He had a bunch of them. They flow 750cfm - the same as a fully modified stock MAF.

Yes. It's not really a "performance upgrade" per se. It's simply a better designed replacement part. It's supposed to have a built in circuit that emulates a burn-off cycle, so that you don't get an error code for the burn-off (the Wells sensor doesn't go through a burn-off).

my other idea was just swaping over to MAP, but only if theres a performance benefit from it. stock heads and cam.

No performance gain switching to MAP.
That's basically like pouring your shotglass drink into a bigger glass. It'll hold more, but you've still got the same amount of drink.
