HD T5 or G-Force?

HD T5 or G-Force?
Hey all, first post here, this is a great forum featuring a lot of valuable information!
Im looking at gear kits for my 88 camaro, and am stuck between the HD 2.95 gearset and the g-force gearset!
my car is 90% street, 10% Track driven with around 450HP
my poor aching wallet tells me that the HD Tremec gearset will be acceptable, but the heart tells me that the g-force will be great insurance!
so, what are your collective and professorial opinions on the matter?
Kind Regards,
Daniel
P.S Are the G-Force Cases a worthwhile upgrade? or should i just stick with my billet bearing retainer?

Re: HD T5 or G-Force?
the case is the weak point, and without the upgraded case those stupid expensive g-force gear sets will be torn up just as fast as the stock ones.
after all is said and done, the built t5 will still be questionable, and for the money you could have a t56, which is why most people go with the t56 over the g-force transmossion
