Skinny front tires
I Have a pair of 15''x4" racing wheels. What is best regular radial tires to use?. I want the car to level or little lower at the front.

Axle/Gears: 3.23 dana 44
Make sure you stick with a radial tire. The tracking characteristics of a bias ply skinny (mickey thompson etc.) are awful. The radials track much straighter on the street.

Transmission: A bad one & a good one
Axle/Gears: A weak one & a chained one
Just beware running street radials on a car that wheelstands...the tires aren't designed for the impact. My buddy has a 10.30 car and was running cheap Volkswagen tires on the front until he wheelstanded, as usual, and got to the 1/8th mile, and the tire exploded and ran him into the wall. He now buys special drag front tires, I believe M/T makes them, I'm sure Hoosier, etc. do also
