if anyhting i would buy a zex nitrous kit.. their plate system is open w/o the bar in the middle for better flow and dispersion. i dont plan on going FI for a while( like until i come upon some money or FI comes down to carb price)

Hey, I just remembered. Didn't you need a number
or something off my Ram Jet motor? I couldn't
remember who PMd me last time about that until
now. I apologize for not getting back to you, my
PC got infected and took weeks to clean up and
reinstall everything! Gotta love the internet!

I agree!! That looks really good. Good luck with it mang!
No progress pics of mine. Im getting the aluminum sheare3d at work this week for the motor plate and maybe this weekend Ill have the glide and motor bolted together to drop into the car. Going to be alittle bit till I have some good pics
Heres my current progress. Drove the car a little around the lot. Need to spend a while tuning it when the spindles come back from Indiana. (mustang rack & pinion)

Prob not even woth the effort for that reason. I did it to knock down all the cast and ceramic coat it with TURBO X

haha how does Shafiroff feel about you running nitrous on that engine? The way I understand it he is a wierdo about that stuff. "You should just buy more motor for $XXX,XXXXXXXXXEXES! dollars, not use nitrovs!"
I don't blame you. Even if I had a 6 second all motor ride I would still wonder what it would do on the juice.
Its like the saying from that movie "Half Baked", but changed around a bit:
Originally posted by radialtireking I had the motor built to use nitrous. I never heard of him being weird about it. He builds plenty of nitrous pro mod motors.
Here Jeff I'll take this one. Lets see, Scott has been building NOS engines since 1985 that I know of....
Here is a work in process pic of my turbo setup..Its a reworked version of Guidos original setup..

Since buying a house, $$$ is running low. Making slow progress...Trying to get the damn passenger side headers to fit. I ordered some tubing bends..decided to make my own. Get the rack/pinion set up and finish installing the brakes. I decided to go with N2O(since I have everything) for now and 1-2 years(the old lady will be done with RN School next summer), then the F3M or a 101mm will be going on. I would get more work done in the evenings..buit its damn hot weather. Heres some progress pics
355, 276/268 cam 1.65 ratio full roller rockers, double roller timing chain, 441 heads, hooker headers, 3" aero chamber exhaust & muffler,Camden 168 blower, 780 cfm Q-jet with all the trics done, Yes there is A/C yes there is Power steering Yes it all works...
Power=sideways through the first 4 gears, lights Lights them up to 45 MPH. only running 4-6 psi right now. my compression islow enough I can run 10 but I will keep to 8 max.

I thought someone would ask. Runs bad *** though... and yes I have two alternators. I did not feel like wasting money on a stupid a/c delete pulley ($75.00) so I threw a old spare alternator to take its place. I am going to redo the t-pipe into a smooth Y, although I know it does not hurt me in any way. I am very happy with my setup's power output.
Kinda confuses people when they see two alternator. I like seeing the look on peoples face when they realize it.
Keep up the great pic posts
