theres a guy with twin supers in a chevy hi performance magazine from a while back. looked really nice, but he had to do a lot of fabrication to get the supers to fit and connect properly.
Ok, here is the main reason why that is fake.

LOOK AT THE CHROME FINISH ON THE SUPERCHARGERS, especially in the middle.

THE EXACT SAME THING IS SHOWN IN THE CHOME, IN EXACTLY THE SAME SPOT ONLY RESERVED

The laws of physics are not there, it's impossible to show the image of the trees on both superchargers opposite of each other,

Also the shadows are EXACTLY the same on both superchargers, if these are in fact real, i would like to know how the flash or the sun works to show the exact same shadows on different angles.

My .02, this picture was made, not taken
nobody mentions the fact that there are two upper radiator hoses

It appears that the these LCA's would work against a non-adjustable torque arm and would not be necessary with an adjustable torque arm...........JJim
Any body have any true Dual Superchargers. When i go all out when i get a camaro I wanted to do a Dual Turbo set up, but then i got thinking i want to stay domestic as possible. Anybody acutually do a true Dual Supercharger for TPI and how.
I've seen a true dual supercharger setup in a chevy high performance magazine. Takes a lot of work and $$$$. You have to machine and weld the two superchargers together. But it can be done.
I remember that car from an article. I believe there have been many peoplem trying to remember where to find a pic of it. It has outstanding paint buit need more HP than it makes just to haul the extra 1000# of stereo in the back, definitely a show winner. I believe one of the TV shows did a # on it as well.
Originally posted by BlownBird Well, things are starting to take form around here. I have the i/c piping completed, now I have to start on the exhaust and fuel system. Hopefully we will hear this thing run in the near future.
OK, I just have to ask, what sort of time are you shooting for with that set-up? 8's? Are you still running a 406?
That is an incredible set-up and a very clean install. Best of luck wrapping it up, it will be quite an accomplishment.
here's my current setup, hope to have my 406 and a new top half done soon

I still have a ways to go, but you can get the idea I plan on having the motor complete by Sept-Oct. I probably going to get rid of the elbow and run a mondo igloo(like Blownbird). it looks to be the easiest to plumb(and meanest). My goal is to run DEEP in the 8's and cruise it every Friday and Saturday night. I am going to attend some of the NFRA and GM High Tech events next year(with my car). I hope to see everybodys car that has responed to this topic there.
yeah, I have a feeling I am going to have to notch the strut tower or make a few adjustments with a hammer I saw your updated pics. I like your cage and how you did the fronts strut supports. I was planning on the same thing(after i see how everythingis going to fit.) I sold my 383 pistons and will be ordering new ones(different heads and larger bore) soon. I need to have my heads combustion chamber opened up 4-5 cc(if they can). So i know what reverse dome i would need.
The intake will be sent off pretty soon for the conversion and rails. Then machine work on the block(when i get the pistons),cog set up. get a cam for it. then the motor is complete, minus the intercooler.
Thanks, Now atleast i can see the light at the end of the tunnel.
Guido, you've got a glass hood right? Are you making up some sort of cover for the exhaust side of the turbo?Just wondering cause it seems it would be pretty close to the hood.
As for me I've made a bit of progress myself,I've got the 55# injectors in and a 3.08 geared 12bolt.If the weather holds out I'll be taking it to the track this Wed,though it is supposed to be hot and humid so I'm sure it'll slow it down a bit but hopefully it will get in the mid 11 second range, which is pretty good considering I'll be running on 94 pump gas and keeping it a little fat with the boost in the 16-18psi range. It all depends on the 60ft.
Good luck Steve! I seen you got your rear end here recently.
I am going to get a little heat shield thing for the turbo. I saw it in jegs when I was looking this weekend and I saw them on Monty's turbos in his dyno number post yesterday too. I have some sticky back heat insulation in a roll too and Im going to stick it to the bottom side of the hood around the turbo housing so I hope that does the trick.
Good to see you finally got some pics up there Tony
When did you mount up the scanmaster?
BTW another quick update on my car,I got to the track this past weekend and made two passes,11.96@113.3 and 11.94@112.6 but the converter is way too loose and slips like hell so now the trans is coming out but I'm pleased so far
Here's a link to a video clip of one of my runs for anyone interested(2.15mb)

What did I tell you the other night!?!?! DON'T GET MARRIED!!!!
Tony, are you using an intercooler shroud? I can't get mine to fit, the front won't come close because of the singlel electric fan, and the bottom of it will have to be cut around 4" because of the sway bar/frame brace, just wondering what your doing for air flow to your IC! Lookin good!
i'm not doing anything right now that's why i have no track times.
The only 2 options i see right now are
1)Have aluminum spacers made up to drop the sway bar mounts a bit lower so the scoop clears the sway bar(note:The TTA sway bar mount IS different, different part # which i've been unable to get )
2) Just take the damn sway bar off all together, i know Steve(TTA850) did this and hasn't really had any handling problems
I'm heading up to his place this weekend..tune it a bit better and maybe get the scoop on...i'll take some pics if we do
Good luck on your swap too, i know you're pretty close to done aside from some tuning

Thanks Tony,
Yeah, it's basically done except for a few minor things and need to get a chip done, but I don't have a boost gauge on the thing, so I haven't had it past 1/2 throttle. Going to the local 1.5 mile road coarse this weekend to see how she'll do. We don't have a drag strip anywhere near us anymore , just the road coarse. Otherwise that Sway bar would be sitting next to my stock 305 in the garage .

Z28racer, I wish I could afford a Front Mount, but I just payed off the Boyds, and the swap tapped me out after that....
