willie, first i would like to say , "damn!" you have seriously done some kickazz work man, nothin but props........ soon i will be putting hopefully an ls2 six speed with an ati procharger in, do you think a person could use your setup up with it?
Does anybody offer a kit since tenperf is now out of business? Is the build parts sheet still accurate?
I'm interested in this setup also. ATI says not an option for a 3rd gen, but need to talk to techs.
Anyone know who offers this setup?
Is Willie still around?
Re: ATI's Twin Hi-Flow Intercooler System on a Third Gen? Stay Tuned...
Tenacious Performance seems to be out of business. No idea when this happened, or why..... I am unsure of how to go about getting information on these kits, however...... Willie, the OP, is still active on the boards... PMing him may get ya somewhere, or you could try contacting some of the folks listed on the registration info for tenperf.com.
Re: ATI's Twin Hi-Flow Intercooler System on a Third Gen? Stay Tuned...
the whole point of spending 2-3k on a procharger setup was because it was easier than fabricating a turbo setup.
That was YEARS ago- Now turbos are cheap and reliable, and there are plenty of cheap manifolds to get you in the right direction. I completed a single turbo setup for a V8 recently for about $2000
$800 brand new 800 horsepower Precision turbo
Fabricated intercooler plumbing myself ($200 in U-bends)
$320 intercooler (not chinese)
$200 chinese manifold + (I re-welded to reinforce)
$200 Custom crossover & downpipe (outsourced this I am not good with a mig)
you also need gaskets, clamps, oil lines, and weld an oil return in the pan, I got a turbo with a v-band to make it easy to pull apart too.
IMO more effective and cheaper than an equivalent supercharger setup, and you should get better fuel economy (haha)

Anyone have any up-to-date info on this? If this guy doesn't work for ATI anymore, can any of the people who have this setup please post their complete ATI parts sheet so I know exactly what to order?!
I'm wanting to pull the trigger and have the money RIGHT NOW.
Thanks!

Re: ATI's Twin Hi-Flow Intercooler System on a Third Gen? Stay Tuned...
I never did get a parts list. I just spoke to Dorian and he sent what Willie had ended up using to make the kit.
There are so many metal and rubber hoses that are required.
Also, what is on the car has been cut to fit.
In addition, Willie had to fabricate mounting brackets to get the intercollers connected to the frame. He sent me many photos and provided templates for me to make them.
Willie originally had ATI send a box of miscellaneous parts. He requested additional stuff as needed and sent back what he didn't. Maybe you can find someone willing to work with you?
This is basically a Corvette twin intercooler kit from what I recall.
Re: ATI's Twin Hi-Flow Intercooler System on a Third Gen? Stay Tuned...
I do not have mine installed, but I have an LT1 IC kit I plan to modify to use, the biggest hurdle IMO will be the Y's. Going from single 3" to dual 2.5" and to go through the IC's and then from the dual 2.5" back into the the 3", the best off the shelf option vs having something fabbed are exhaust Y's.
I'm pretty sure Willie used most parts from an LS1 kit.
Here is the parts list. Found on earlier pages in this thread.
