Anyone tried installing a Rajay Turbocharger into a 3rd gen 'bird?
I have a 1988 base model bird with a V6, that will eventually be a V8... I'm looking at a turbocharger that is supposed to fit SBCs...anyone know what problems I could run into?
The model numbers are as follows, but I don't know how to contact Rajay Industries...
Model #3aa1ee10ba Serial #107046 Part #600586-05

A turbo is a turbo. It doesn't matter who makes it, you just have to fabricate the required parts to mount it. I think that Rayjay used "Garrett" style mounts though.
banks has pics of their new TT kits on their website and final testing is being done now for release in early Jan/feb for our cars as well as new F-body's and vette's.Aparently they also still have some of the older kits laying around for the carb f-body's as well they can still sell...just fyi
