o-ring the block and heads?

I don't know if this is the right forum but I figured I would go ahead and ask. I am building a 377 for a large sized turbo. Should I o-ring the block? Should I o-ring the heads? i REALLY REALLY do not want to tear apart the short block again so I want to be prepared. Plus it can be done locally for a decent price so I figured I would go ahead and ask!

If it is cheap enough locally do it..it is good insurance with a turbo motor.I would also recommend to use ARP head studs for your application.I built a healthy 355 for spray and went with head studs just for that added clamping force. Can never be to cautious.

I will probably go ahead with it then. I planned on using ARP throughout. I will probably use mainly studs but some bolts I am sure.
