For a stock bottom end you should be safe with between 100 and 150. Make sure you dont lean out thou. All the forged internals in the world wont save you from that.

Yeah you can put a 150 shot on it and be ok as long as your fuel and ignition systems are in good working order. A good entry level kit is the NX Hitman kit PN 40041 I belive. Its a very simple and effective kit.

you can run just as much N2O w/ carb as you can EFI. No matter which though, your fuel/ignition system have to be up for the task...

Basicly these are the rules to be completley safe. Make sure fuel and ignition systems are in perfect working order. Retard timing 2 degrees for every 50 HP of juice and 2 step colder plugs.

I think his name is irockid on tgo, I saw him at the local track with his 350. He was running 100 shot, said he ran it a long time with no problems. I think he said he had run a 150 too, that or he was going to 150. I asked him a lot because at the time I planned a nitro setup, so I was curious.

2 degrees for every 50 hp is pretty safe, you should be able to get away with 100 hp on 0 timing retard or 2 degrees to be safe. Go with what the kit manufacturer recommends though.
