Holley Powercharger 144

Hey, I was wondering if anyone has had any experience fitting one of these bad boys in our cars. I have an ASCD SS hood and am thinking about putting this on my small block. I'm wondering if it will fit under my hood, holley claims this is a low profile enough supercharger that it will fit under most hoods, i figured that the ss is enough of a cowl but i'm not sure, anybody here have this?!
Thanks

Oh by the way, 1994 was a good racing year 4 me. I bought the 144 b&m supercharger, a local engine builder's 400 sb all stock with the 8.5to1 cast pistons. Dart sportsman 200cc heads, COMP cam 270magnum, edel tes exhaust, flow master cat back, holley 750 carb,3.73 gears & the car ran 12.60 @ 111.00MPH.
