SAAB turbo's useful...???

I just found out that my friend has a couple of Garret turbo's lying around from a SAAB car that has gone to carheaven, can these used in our cars to make a twin turbo engine ?? I'm just getting into this turbo thing so I don't know the ins-and-outs of what could be made to fit what....
Is it possible..?? (please say yes!!)

LOLZ..Looks like a very nice idea. If this could really be possible I already got some old saab stuffs here to start with.

start to do some searching on this forum. What size are the turbos? Two T3's would be a decent size for a 305/350. Been gone over a TON on this site.
