Saab 900 Turbo... Is this a useable turbo for a 305? LOL

I know this sounds crazy, but I'm into cheap mods. I was strolling through the Saabs at the local boneyard and I came across one with the turbo still attached. The question arose... could I bolt that to my engine for a little Hp gain? So my question to you all... Is this possible? The thing looked like a small hairdryer and I assume it would be a minimal gain, but what if?

This is purely a question of theory.

What's the displacement of that Saab 900 motor? If it's about half a 305cid, grab a pair of those turbo's. That would be around 2.5 litres.

That SAAB has a 2.0 L engine. Yours is a 5.0. I would thing that the turbo was a little undersized, but a friend of mine managed to get about 25 psi from a SAAB 900, so the turbo kept up.
