Car: '87 IROC-Z/28 Engine: 350 Crate Transmission: 700R4 Axle/Gears: 2.73 Posi | Saab 900 Turbo... Is this a useable turbo for a 305? LOL I know this sounds crazy, but I'm into cheap mods. I was strolling through the Saabs at the local boneyard and I came across one with the turbo still attached. The question arose... could I bolt that to my engine for a little Hp gain? So my question to you all... Is this possible? The thing looked like a small hairdryer and I assume it would be a minimal gain, but what if?
This is purely a question of theory.
