Garrett A/R 50 M12 turbos w liquid cooled T3 mounts. Any good?

I need info on these asap as I am really a complete dummie when it comes to turbos. They were on my friends perfectly fine running Porsche ( custom twin turbo set up ) and he doesn't know jack squat but has been sold new ones that are smaller and spool sooner as the car presently is very tought to drive below 3500 RPM.

Anyways I can get the pair of them for $400.00

Are theses good? Pricey? Workable?

Bueler? Anyone? Anything?
