I spoke to a guy at my local track this past season running the Zex perimeter plate on his chevelle and he swears by it....he claims the nitrous/fuel distribution is phenomenol with that plate. Whichever kit I get for next season i'm gonna swap the plate for the zex one.

Let me know how it works for you. I have NOS cheater plate. The spray pattern leaves a lot to be desired. A few of the streams go every which way. Not looking for a huge power gain 150 to 200 is more than enough, but not willing to waste this motor on a bum system.
A more even spray pattern with better n20 + fuel mix is what I'm after. More even cylinder to cylinder distribution using my dual plane intake would be nice.
The Zex plate looks like it has the potential to be a "better mousetrap."

I previously had a very good plate sytem (Magnum Force Stage 5) on my BBC '70Firebird than kicked the NOS kits all over. The company (in Tyler TX.) went out of business thou.
It was a weapon

speedtech has the nicest nitrous plates, but they're not cheap at all.

the wilson manifolds kits are nice to. I am buying a kit over the winter and trying to decide what one. I am looking at the stage 6 from NX, the permiter plate from ZEX, theres a lot out there.

IMO, Zex is SO junky. Their whole kits are just NOT designed for big power. My brand of choice is NX. Hardest hitting kits Ive EVER seen. Had one on my car and had tons of them on my friends cars. Hit hard as hell and provide MORE than the advertised "shot" everytime.

Wilson plates are Nice as well as Speedtech plates so I have to say ill be mixing/matching somewhat for the first time ever on spray...kinda leary but I know those plates are top notch.
