Re: Turbo Headers

^ Even better, I was hoping I'd be able to install something larger than the T-67, and a T-76 is perfect. Was afraid I was going to need to compensate for the smaller turbo by adding a longer stroke, but with the T-76, I can stick with the forged 3.48 stroke crank that I have....

That ZO6 was a very big mistake. Once property tax season hit, I looked at the Corvette, and said to myself, I can't lol. Maybe if I didn't have the house I'd try to storage it, but with the insurance being as high as it is, and the warranty really limiting things, it's become more of an expensive piece of art. The sale will hurt me in the years to come, for sure....

Re: Turbo Headers

The T76 hits hard, very hard, but If I stayed with the 350ci and had to choose from the T76 or 62-1 turbo I would have to say that I would choosen the 62-1. The 62-1 hits hard and soon, perfect for the street.

Well about the Z06, at least enjoy the mistake for the duration of it

Yes, I knew the guy. I remeber that the communication between us was a bit akward since he used a email translator and it didnt really do the job right. Dennis, he is a good guy.

He didnt exactly did little modification here are pics of what he did, judge it yourself.

A tight fit in an already tight engine bay. He kept the factory serp setup. I'm impressed.

I think if BBS started making kits, people would come. Been seeing a lot of people ditch the fbody/gbody for C4's now that the prices are better. (A decent C4 can be had now for under $6000). And they don't have a majority of the same issues as fbody's.

Not that there is anything wrong with Fbody's. I still have a 4th gen. But after
10 years you get sick of a car.

I'm a bit confused. The driver's side header and crossover pipe ARE being offered as well? How much for all three pieces, if so?

Re: Turbo Headers

Dennis ordered the kit from a company located in the US and they bought it from us, I never imagined it was going into a C4 in Russia!!!. If I knew I would probabbly offered something like I did with Luke with his left hand drive Camaro on Australia or Keith with his 2008's Best of the Best Chevy 57' award winning Nomad. They simply took pictures of the engine bay with a measuring tape on critical spots that I requested and send them to me. I then made their kits accordingly and they fit pretty well. At least I think the work, if needed, was going to be minimal. To be honest, I feel that he performed some heavy surgery on my headers Well, he make it work and I take off my hat for him.

he just sent me some pics. I was going to try and buy them off of him.
Looks like they were butchered.

he wanted to trade me for a 1 off kit I already have for the C4, which is a t3/t4 combo. I dont think so. He also had to cut holes in the hood for the compressors to peek through maybe a 1/4 inch... Not an easy fit at all.

Re: Turbo Headers

Sorry guys and gals for not replying sooner.

The website is published www.bermudezcustomdesigns.com and it should be up anytime now. There you will be able to see what we are offering and a gallery with some of the pictures of our own builds and from clients that had sent their pics so you can see the different setups and how they look installed.

Gunner823: For now only turbo headers, but we do have a used driver's side header that can be used to make a complete exhaust kit (except the turbo and downpipe) for the single turbo setups if you are interested.

Re: Turbo Headers

We used a 3" dia reducer. I think I remember putting a little effort fitting it into the TB. Your header will be shipped out this week. I'll contact you when it does.

Re: Turbo Headers

Sorry to bring this back after awhile, but I am having difficulty finding a T-70 or 76 with a .60 a/r compressor housing...the recommended size to fit the BBSDesigns' serpentine belt header. Any hints? My mods are in my sig, and I'm pretty sure I need at minimum a T-70. All the Masterpower turbos are .70 a/r....

The MP T-70 with .70a/r will fit fine. At least mine does.
