Mechanical boost/vac gauge?

Where do you hook it up so that you can read both vacuum and boost? Right now I have it hooked at the outlet of my supercharger, reading only boost.

Anywhere below the throttle blades.

Re: Mechanical boost/vac gauge?

I've tried it about 6in in front of the blades and still no vacuum. With the supercharger on, I think it will not show any vacuum.

"Below" is "behind", not "in front of. You need to measure the pressure in the manifold, which means having the throttle between the gauge and the supercharger.

Re: Mechanical boost/vac gauge?

Alright, I 'll have to try again later. I'll post if it still doesn't work.
