355 vs 383 sn200 S/C power and economy

paxton sn2000 supercharger with high output impeller
world sr 1.94x1.5 s/s necked downvalves iron heads bowl blended, smoothed out, intake ports matched to manifold(between 1205 and 1206)chambers all ported to 61.5cc
accel throttlebody and intake, runners, base(all professionally ported)
comp cam#07-305-8(I know it is for a lt1 to good of deal to pass)220/230 .510 .510 w/1.5rr
Amrel laptop, flash n burn and a bunch of moates stuff, maf and map ecms
I havn't figured the computer stuff out yet and am wondering if I'd be better off to just get a fast or accel or big stuff3 any thoughts?

I need advice on this cam or other cams with above parts on a 355 with 8.3to1 and a 383 with 8.8 to 1(both w/mahle-26cc pistons) or what compression would be ideal with either motor
no inter cooler but s/c has methanol nipple in it(is this worth using and what other parts are needed to use)

am concerned about fuel economy of 383 thats only reason considering the 355 I live in mn and travel to tn alot and i dont want to big of a gas pig but what do you do?
any suggestions will help this is my winter project
what amount of boost can I expect out of s/c?
head gaskets?

Thanks

the sn2000 does not flow enough air for a 383.
