Is BBS still in the turbo business?

I have done some searching on here and have gotten conflicting answers but most were from over a year ago or longer. I have also checked their website and see that he still has the kits listed on his website.

I would send him an email but I don't want to waste his time right now as I am not ready to buy yet. I am just doing research on what my options are for when I am ready.

I saw that. That is actually why I am curious. I did some searching on here and found a couple threads where he said he wasn't going to be making them anymore except for special requests and close friends. Figured I would ask just so I didn't plan around something not available to me.

I believe the special requests were pertaining to the setup in a whole, including the drivers side header, along w/crossover. The turbo header alone, I believe, is still available to all....

Re: Is BBS still in the turbo business?

i dont believe you get the crossover but he may make it for you.

its not a big deal tho, use a shorty header on the other side and run a pipe over to the single turbo manifold. Its not that hard to do nor is it expensive

Re: Is BBS still in the turbo business?

So for 525 dollars you get ONE, 1, UNO header? DAYUM man that stings in the sit down muscles. Everyone I've ever heard about who has these headers says they are the ones to get to turbo charge a third gen, hell they were highly recommended in a thread I made not long ago. But 525 dollars is a stiff pill to swallow for one header.

Re: Is BBS still in the turbo business?

I think the regular single turbo bbs manifold is only good for mild turbo setups on 305/350's since the main log tube is ony 2" ID and most good setups for bigger more powerfull motors are using atleast 2.5" I'm sure he could make one for that tho. WOuld be easy, same design just next size up piping

Re: Is BBS still in the turbo business?

+1 for the BBS gear guys. I've been running mine now for well over a year and still love it to death. And I bet mine was alot harder for Ed to make that yours (RHD LOL).

If he's still offering headers/kits, then I can't recommend him enough.
