Wondering who produces the quietest centrifigal supercharger. More or less concerned about the whine they make. Are some quiet at idle but whine loud under WOT or vice versa?

Powerdyne BD series, like the BD11A.. Very quiet. Doesn't make a lot of boost though. around 5-6psi tops on my motor. Impeller upgrades put it in the same territory as an S-trim. figure about 800cfm as is, 1,000cfm with the impeller upgrade.
I assume your vette has an L98 in it? What kinda pwr does it make? If you dont mind me asking how much $$$$ for turnkey install? How dependable is this SC?
my buddy has a procharger p1sc on his L98 formy and i seen a guy with a procharger something on his 99-04 GT stang. Both are pretty noticeable at idle and really loud with some rpm. The formy's is a touch quieter tho than the stangs so i'm not sure what that guy may have. Maybe the D1?
My buddy's local shop has the F1R procharger on their LT1 powered blazer and its whiney. Very noticeable
My other buddy i work with and went to school with picked up a vortech blown LS1 TA 2-3 years ago i guess. Its been awhile since i heard it but its noticeable on revs but at idle its pretty tame. His exhaust is pretty loud at WOT and i didnt hear much blower whine. I'd say the vortech is abit quieter than the procharger
But its been alittle while since i've heard them last. Boost level probly makes the difference but then again, the L98 was running close to 12 lbs and that GT i bet wasnt running anymore than 9 as most GT's wont hold much more than 9psi. GT was louder. Who knows

My vette had an L98 in it. It's a 4 bolt main block, bored .040 over, trickflow heads, 10:1 compression, angle milling (valve roll), singleplane intake, LSx throttle body, and some other custom parts. Around 500 crank horsepower through headers and a stock LTx dual exhaust (dual 2.5" w/ resonator)
My blower setup cost me around $1800 for everything, but I need to replace the fuel pump with a larger unit. If the AC was deleted from the car, making a bracket for a BD11A straight discharge on the passenger side would be easy for machine shop. Mock one up with some 3/4" plywood then send the template to a machine shop. The discharge when straight would aim at the driver side, so basically all you need is two flex couplings and a straight.
An Fbody has tons of under hood room for goodies. Vette not so much. GM almost intended the Fbody to be tinkered with by gearheads, where the vette was marketed towards fat rich white guys and their coke snorting wives.
Powerdyne went bankrupt, so ignore their website. 02force owns and produces powerdyne superchargers under the "scorpion" line. The model numbers are the same. (BD11A, XD).
The belts do break. I think if your BOV is properly functioning it should be fine.
They don't make a "KIT" for L98s. You can make a bracket like I suggested, or contact Greg Carrol from blowerworks and see if he will sell a 'kit' for an l98 fbody.
If I had a fbody, I'd delete the AC and mount the head unit where the AC was.
I have been running a Powerdyne on my Yukon for about 5-6 years now, very reliable and very quiet ! I am getting 11 lbs of boost out of it and no problems thus far !
I recently heard a Vortech V2 SQ Si-trim with a 3.5" pulley IIRC which was installed in an L98 vette. It was also very quiet. It sounded very similar to my Powerdyne. Just a little whistling could be heard.
