We are looking for a third-gen TPI F-body in the Tampa area (or willing to travel to Tampa), preferably 86-88, that has been modified, but still uses the factory PROM computer. Preference is for something with a turbo/supercharger kit, big cam, etc. The lucky donor will receive a custom tuned aftermarket EFI and ignition system with a professional install as well as dyno sheets. Please note, during the install the car will be out of commission for a few days. If you are interested, email me (Scott.Parker@Sorc.com) with details and pics of your third-gen.

^ How has that BBS setup worked for you so far, and would a T76 fit under the hood....?
Still working fine. A turbonetics T-76 will fit cause its the same exact dimension. Thats what i plan on getting in the future.

Good deal, I was concerned because Bermudez told me that with the serpentine header, a T76 wouldn't fit, so I'll have to go with the original one. I seen a picture of your setup, and you modified the passenger side bracket, do you happen to have the belt number that you used, because I'll have to go the same route as you did....

I dont mean to bash on you guys (I am a subscriber, after all.) But wouldnt it be a more objective test if you were to install it on a mostly-stock thirdgen? Seems to me that it would be more informative if people were able to see what kind of gains were possible on the average thirdgen. Keep up the great work and feature more thirdgens!
Is the Master Power T-76 a better choice for the money?
For the money? Probably, but i know that the turbonetics will fit for sure, no guessing at all. All plumbing will bolt right back up (downpipe, intercooler pipes) and turbonetics has been good to me, so i'll stick with them.

i agree that installing the system would be more objective (and cooler to see the gains) on a mostly stock car, but i believe they're objective is to demonstrate how versitile the system is. generally, the more mod's a car has, the harder it is to tune and control. they're out to demonstrate the systems capacities.

I thought you had a Master Power 60-1 on it now. For some reason I thought that BBS was selling MP turbos with the kits and you had a whole kit.

I agree on that part! After tuning my LS motor with F.A.S.T. electronics, I have decided to go with ACCEL's thruster setup for tuning my T/A's twin-turbo setup. It WOULD be nice to see what they are going to use.... I have heard that there is a new "Big stuff" setup coming out. Just have to wait and see, I guess.
Thanks for the reply!

Nope, all i have from BBS is the turbo header itself and thats it. Everything else is of my design. I have a turbonetics 62-1.
