Engine: 355 w/ forged crank
Carb: Mighty Demon 750cfm annular
Turbo: T70 with a .70 cold and .84 hot
Fuel Pump: GM PP 110gph
I figure I'm gonna be running between 5 and 13 pounds based upon racing locations, so can I get away with tuning the carb without one, or should I pick one up, if so which do you guys recommend?

Yes, you need a boost referenced fuel reg before that engine see's any boost or.........boom
Also, I hope that's a blow-thru carb?

Yes its a Mighty Demon Blow Thru 750 cfm carburetor
And do the ebay fuel pressure regulators work, I'm already in debt cause of this project and cant afford a racing regulator
I just noticed that you are running a mechanical fuel pump? If it is mech, then you might be able to get away with running a vac/boost line to the top of the diaphragm on the pump itself. I always run electric pumps and I recommend the C&S boost ref reg but thats only if your going to run an electric pump.
I've never ran a mech pump on a blow-thru app so hopefully someone else can point you in the right direction. Too me, that pump seems alittle small unless your keeping boost very low. How much HP are you planning to make?
How would I run a line to the fuel pump?? Would it require me drilling into it? I also plan on around 500 to 600 hp and it says that the 130 is good for up to 800 hp so i figured 110 should be good enuff

Back when I had a blowthru carb, I modified a Carter mech fuel pump for the turbo. Just attach a rubber line from the carb hat to the fitting on the pump and the fuel pressure will increase 1:1 with boost. I still have it if you want it.
