Blown Trans Am?

I'm about to purchase a Weiand 871 blower core. I know I need to purchase the intake manifold, carb adapter plate, and carb/s.
It's going on a 383 stroker that I am building over the winter when I don't have work.
My question is, any difference between dual carbs or single carb; or is it just a thing of personal preference?
I planned on getting a 700-750 CFM carb for the stroker motor, do I need to go any bigger if I am using the blower on this motor?
And finally, if I am to go with dual carbs, what's a good size for the blown stroker setup?
