After trying to pinpoint where the motor/turbo likes the cam timed at and having to basically rebuild the bottom end, I'm where I should've been at the beginning of the season! Ran a best of 9.66@ 139mph versus my best with the Procharger of 9.55@ 140. Most of the e.t. difference looks to be mostly in the 60' even though the turbo launches with ~2psi more than the Procharger did. Differences in the setups:

The problem with that is I'm sure the production block wont be happy and the trans will start to feal the strain at 1250fwhp which should be in the 9.0/8.9 area. Thinking to keep the motor alive for at least a month I'll do about 15psi and run around through the muffler before I crank it at the end of the season.
It sounds like the turbo setup is more efficient than the old blower setup. You mentioned moving the cam around. It is installed 4* retarded now. Did you have it in there advanced and straight up? How much of a difference did it make?
EDIT: Production block making that kind of HP? What block is it?
The last builder that put the motor together put the cam in at 128 degrees with the crank sprocket straight up, but the cam gear put a tooth off retarded. The cam was meant to be at 108 degrees which took a proper alignment and the crank sprocket advanced 4 degrees. At 128 it wouldn't spool until basically the end of 1st gear. At 108 it could spool instantly but had no top end power shown by a slow e.t. and short by 8mph. Put the crank sprocket from +4 to -4 to get it at 116, and it launches at 5400rpm and 8psi. I'd kinda like to try a 120ICL, but only 124 is possible.
The block is just a 4 bolt main chevy block I think of year 1973.
