NO that graph is a misprint. If u look at the specs on the side peak torque is 395

It says torque is 395 @ 2k rpm The engine is fuel limited to 5600 RPM's. Most industrial engines are not ran at like 5k rpm because the fuel consumption would be through the roof. Also things the are designed to be driven like with an engine like this (ie an electrical generator) aren't meant to be spun at that kind of RPM.
