Anyone know when the new F1R will be released to the public? I am under the understanding that it is a small frame charger, 4" inlet, 3" outlet, and can flow 2000cfm!!! That is unbelievable!!! Me must buy one now
So, they are out??? Does this someone have a thirdgen? This should be interesting, that s/c has the potential to make a ton of HP! With the cars that I have seen poping up on this board, it should be an interesting year! We need a thirdgen to take that "Fastest Stock Suspended F-Body" title.

i know of a few that have a chance at it, if they get some traction
I would be very interested in knowledge on that blower. Ive been emailing all kinds of sources for info on race kits for a third gen and cant get anyone to answer. I'm going to buy something soon and I guess that the people I have emailed dont want my money. My car is a turd with this new motor only having 8 to 1 and big *** 227 afr's. Need boost!
I talked to my account manager the other day at procharger and he seemed pretty sure that the F1sc will be sized like the D1sc and use it's brackets without any of the major surgery required with the D1r D1x or larger. Its main power lies within its revised impeller design and mainly it's gearcase (from 4.10 to 5.10+) step up ratio. Like I always say, with bolt on blower kits that can make more boost and power than most people could ever use, why are people drooling over the possibility of a non-existent turbo kit?
It's true the F1 will work with existing D1 brackets. The F1R is slightly larger and needs to have a custom bracket. Besides the fact that it's larger in physical size, it's also a peaky blower and will not work well with a stock TPI motor.
I am still waiting to see dyno results from either one of the F1's.
Here is a little taste of how potant a new F series blower can be. In this case, it's the new F2 which is the next step up from the F1R. The point being that it outperforms the Novi 2000 by far
