Make sure you have access to your registered E-Mail account before trying to change your password or E-Mail address so you can do it yourself and not have to make a new account and ask for the other back. The board will then send you an E-Mail to whatever address is currently listed in your profile and you'll be set. If you don't you will have to make a new name or E-Mail us to change it all for you, which is what we are trying to avoid here.
Also, if you can't post but it says that you're logged in, delete your cookies. Also, make sure you are accepting cookies and your IE or Netscape security settings aren't set to high or medium. You must have cookies enabled.
