Okay, so I put some wire into the socket for the 3rd brake light. routed + to multimeter, - from meter to a bulb, then other side bulb back to - of socket.

Meter says 11.85V and bulb does not...

Woo-hoo! I passed with the new O2 sensor. Everything was well below the limit except NOx on the driving portion which I got 851 out of 852 allowable (whew).

Car is stock except Hooker shorty headers, Flowmaster cat back. Cat is a high flow Magnaflow though which does not help.

Results were a bit worse than 2 years ago. I never passed last time...

My car is in a heated garage all winter; no issue there. And Metro were no cheaper than SoftSeal but they have a toneau seal that they did not.

Ordered seals from Rock Auto. was same price and they claim them to be Metro molded parts and give the full 15yr warranty.
