82 Berlinetta LS1/T56/9"
'82 Camaro Berlinetta hardtop, was a California car from 1985 to 2007. To the best of my knowledge, never driven in snow/ice/salt. The previous owner had redone the interior including seats, carpet, and headliner. Also repainted by PO - paint decent, not perfect. Silver color.
Engine/Trans:
2000 SS LS1/T56 swap. LS6 intake, 4th gen tank, LS7 clutch & flywheel (MC from the donor car). Hawks SSW 1-3/4" primary 2-1/2" collector LT headers Jet Hot coated, Magnaflow spun cats, custom Y-pipe, Force II cat-back single 3" in/out. Spohn front engine mounts w/poly bushings in 4th gen engine side mounts, Hawks tranny crossmember. 3rd gen radiator and dual fans. A.I.R., rear O2's, EGR, evap, VATS, skip-shift have been programmed out of the PCM. About 65k miles on engine/trans.
Rear End:
9" Quick Performance housing, Strange nodular case, 4.56 Richmond gears (have 4.11's I'll include if you want), Detroit Truetrac, 31-spline Moser axles, disk brakes (early 3rd gen). 3" DOM steel custom driveshaft with 1350 U-joints. Tranny and pinion yokes are Mark Williams pieces. MGW shifter (also have the Hurst shifter that came as part of the SS package). Jegster driveshaft loop.
Suspension:
Quick ratio steering gear, poly bushings, V6 front springs, Spohn weld-in subframe connectors, S&W torque arm (crossmember front mount) and their mount to the housing, BMR adjustable track and support bars, tubular lower control arms.
Other stuff:
PS, PB, PW, trunk release. Covin aftermarket gauge cluster with Equis gauges except for Autometer speedo and gas gauge. No cruise or power locks. Aftermarket AM/FM cassette with bowtie on the cassette door, electronic tune. 16x8 IROC (I think) rims with GS-C tires. Line lock, manual fan switches. 2" receiver hitch and trailer brake controller (I never used them, but they're there).
What doesn't work:
Horn, windshield washer. AC hasn't been hooked up (LS compressor installed, 3rd gen evap system complete, just no hoses or wiring between them). Passenger window only goes down about 4" (have a replacement regulator, just haven't installed it). Emissions not operative - wrong cats, no rear O2s, evap/A.I.R. not hooked up (don't have the solenoids, etc.).
What could be better:
Steering gear has a little slop at the wheel. Drives okay, haven't looked into what it needs to take the slop out (should have kept the Berlinetta steering gear - oh, well...). Not as smooth and quiet as I would like, mostly due to the 4.56 rear gears, but tolerable depending upon your taste (I took it on a 150 mile round trip of which about 100 miles was 75 mph interstate, wasn't bad). The LS6 intake came from a wrecked vehicle and was repaired at the TB mount.
Why selling:
Too many vehicles. Figured this one would be easiest for someone else to enjoy.
Price:
Asking $8000, where is. Clear title.
Payment:
PayPal, certified check, bank transfer. If you use PayPal, I'll ask to split the fees with you. Shipping the responsibility of the buyer - I can recommend a 48-state transport company that we used to ship a car for my wife last fall.
Contact via response here, PM, or email.
I'm offering it to the TGO family first. If it doesn't sell soon, I'll list it elsewhere.

Re: 82 Berlinetta LS1/T56/9"
Man I wish I could. I have been dreaming of a SC or a Berli, but the money isn't there. I hope it goes to a good home here in CO.
You should really post some pics of it.

Sorry, ran out of time last night. I don't have a photo with the rims/tires currently on it, but I'll see if I can get some.
On its way to the exhaust shop. Gives you an idea of its general look (just imagine the rims are different):

What a beautiful sleeper this is.....it's a shame you're not closer to the Canadian border because I'd love to pick this up off of you. I'm looking to get rid of my 82 Z28 and find something new to swap an LS1 into but if I found one close enough with it done then GREAT!!

I haven't had it on a dyno, so I don't know actual HP. The 2000 SS was rated at 320 HP net at the flywheel; that was with the LS1 intake and cast iron exhaust manifolds. With the LS6 intake and headers, I would expect it to be a bit more, perhaps 320 at the wheels.
