Hey fellow houstonians, just wondering if any of the many 3rd gens i see roarin' down bingle next to my house are on this forum lol theres plenty of places around here to meet up and hang out. if you ever go down bingle then you hav most likely seen my banana sittin' out front lol, any ways, hope to hear from some of y'all.

ok I would love to say that it was me but mine is currently laid up at the moment... i have seen your bananna sitting out though. Everytime i see a third gen i wonder who they are on the board.. lol... I actualy live not that far from you zombie...

awesome if you ever wanna hang out and talk cars hit me up with a pm and ill give you my #. theres plenty of stuff around the 610 loop where a few of us 3rdgeners can gather.
yea theres plenty of places to get together, i mean we could meet up at a restraunt or even a mall parking lot. i know the mall over here is pretty much abandond excluding like sears lol
Kinda similar to this thread subject.. I saw a pretty blue Z-28 (I'm guessing 91-92 from the wing) heading North on 45 through the Spring/ Woodlands area.. Anyone know who that is?
i'm down in la porte, and i know exactly what u mean. There is a guy who has the exact same year bird as mine and it is in almost mint condition. Mine still has no hood, front bumper, windshield, weather stripping.......lol trying to fix them. Once i get it on the road i would love to meet up. i just posted some pics on the body forum, check them out
There is a RKC Houston Meet every Friday night, this was 10/30/2009 it is always in the same place. Come one come all.

i'll be in houston in january but its doubtful i'll have my thirdgen down there...not sure i want to take it and store it in a garage at an apartment complex

i'l be in town this weekend (friday around 5~ish), and my new wheels spacers SHOLD be in by then, so i'm in for a meet of some sort. also, the Texas A&M sports car club and BCSSTREET is headed to sealy for some drag racing saturday, i would LOVE to go racing with a group of third gens

I'm all in favor of a 3rdgen only meet. But, except for an occasional annual(ish) meet, we can seldom muster more than 2 or 3 cars.
At least if we meet at a car show, when no one shows up, there is still something to do.
But if you want to do a get together sometime, I'll do my best to be there!
well i get your point on the no one showing up part :/ but thats why i say we should meet up at a restraunt or something so as long as 2 ppl show up we can have a drink and talk shop. i have connections and im always up for making more or helping friends out.

Hey Pierced.. I'll be tearing down my motor this coming weekend on sat if you wanna lend a hand... Prob beer and pizza and tunes just turning wrenches... I wanna see what's in this block so I'm taking it down to the short block... got some ideas on exhaust i wanna start working on too... I'll be seeling some parts i think pretty soon too so far I've got a 2 1/2 in cat and a 2 1/2 inlet and dual outlet muffler. Both parts never used and still in the box.
I get this one back on the road I'll come check out the RKC

Sweet, i have a bunch of third gens in my back yars that dont run...LOL. I have 3 that run.
The RKC meet is OK, but there is a bunch of rides there, most of them are not my cup of tea but see if we can get a large amount of third gens to show up. Then i might show up eventually. My shift doesnt allow me friday nights off but every few weeks.
I like GM cars mainly, so the RKC meets just dont do it for me that much. The LSXN meets are good, many camaros, birds and vettes and what not. The 2920 meet we have been doing again has been GREAT, but i think it might have slowed with the cold weather.
i was wondering if it was going to be otto's or up north.
its yet to be decided where the 3rdgen only meeting is going to bet yet. im not looking to mingle w/ other makes just camaros and firebirds from users on this board. i mean thats cool if you bring your CETA but atleast be a member on here w/ a thirdgen to talk about lol
