No problem pulling motor let me know. I'm in "carriage hill" subdivision. You' re welcome to swing by and shoot the breeze. I'll be tinkering with mine this weekend. As for motors, several available- they would need rebuilding but the price is right.
I am in south jacksonville. have a 86 GTA and my buddies 90 formula 350 both at my shop. would like to meet with other people interested in these third gens, see what yall have done with them. yall have any metts, or shows here in town or near by?
There is a regular every wednesday get-together from 7-9 at a local restaurant(a different one each week), tonite it is a the five guys hamburger shop at southside. I'm not sure if I will make it tonite or not.
There are also cruise-ins each week on Saturdays from 5-9 at different locations around the city. The info is on the river city f-body site also.

Hey I live in loxahatchee yeehaw lol. Does anyone know a good mechanic for my whole family that works on Duramax Diesels, Toyotas, and of course Camaros in the palm beach area? We went to a shop that was actually recommended by my mom's friend (Fail), for a power steering problem but they actually made it much worse, it moaned like a whale every time you turned and they said it would go away... It didn't (We sold the car it was so bad and we didn't want to go back to them again).

A friend helps me alot with my cars but there is a place called Jaws Racing it located at 3084 W. Tharpe St next to Sentry Storage. The number is 727-4446. They are good people. They also have a local forum at www.tallahasseemusclecar.com.

i'd imagine so! i've seen three others driving around cape coral... and i'm sure there's quite a few hidden in garages.

I do not have an Fbody at the moment. I am on the hunt for a 91 formula. I have a want ad in the classifieds. I have owned at least 10 Fbodys over the years. At least one from all 4 gen's. I have just been out of the game for a few years.

Good choice, those are the best 3rd gens IMO. That will be my next car as well.
I'm from Florida too, Orlando. Lived around there all of my life but I'm living in Oklahoma right now, gone back to school but thinking about moving back to Fla when this is over. Got a 91 RS that has been in the works for years, hard to do when its your daily driver. Hoping Florida hasn't enacted the new emission standards I've heard about (California's). What do ya'll know about this?
i've heard a little about the emmissions standards... but i don't think anything's set yet, or i'd be ****ed!
mine's a daily driver too... it's tough, but it does feel good to wake up knowing that you're going to drive your camaro today, tomorrow, and the next day, and so on.
Has anyone attended the "Party on the River" at Green Cove Springs near Jax?
It's on Memorial Day weekend and I'm thinking of attending. I haven't been to a car & bike show for over a year and when I did a Google search for "FL car shows" that show had a ton of links.
I was wondering more because I am a car guy, but if it's more of a biker rally, then I'll feel kinda awkward (not that I'm not any way..."Maladroit") <--
If you've attended one can you comment on it?

ormond beach here. not much has been going on in the area lately. as for me just finished with full exhaust on the 88. hopefully gonna make it out to the u pull it sunday morning dont know yet. i likes to browse for new used stuff.
