I am in Valdosta and there are three good yards here for third gens and second gens. GM Salvage, Reileys (RARE), and Cox.

RARE is the name of the yard, Reileys Automotive Recycling Enterprise. I dont know any yards above Tifton. Cox is in Tifton, GA. What exactly are you looking for? I may be able to help you out.

Hugh Jones on 124 between Braselton and Jefferson. Sometimes you hit and find some thirds there, but sometimes they're dry...

Pull-A-Part has 3 yards in GA: one in Norcross, Conley, and Augusta. I've never been to the one in Augusta but I've been to the other two many times. Pull-A-Part is cheap but with the 3rd gens you really need to get there the first day in Norcross and within a week or so for Conley. In Norcross the good stuff is usually gone quickly and in Conley they destroy the cars trying to get whatever they need. I haven't had any luck finding any other yards.

Recommend you go to Hawks 3rd Gen parts in Easley, SC. According to mapquest its 103 miles from Gainesville. He is 30 mins off I-85 just past the GA/SC line

Here in savannah there is one off of Montgomery St., Staley or Stately Rd. Roght before you get to Appex supply, its maybe not even 1/4 mile up that road. Not sure on exact name have not been over there in awhile...

lol!!! I saw maybe 1 camaro and 2 firebirds last time I was out there alrdy stripped I found some of those little black caps that go over your lugnuts, so im standing there with my toolbag like

. So I go over to their untouched yard found 2 camaros V8 and V6 untouched so I go to town, and they ran me out heh.

Never hit the one in Augusta for third-gens, but I always saw a good deal of them when I was there looking for Jeep parts. Theres also another one in North Augusta on the SC side. Well, if its still operational...
