I live in the ocala area and have had the pleasure of viewing the collection at National parts depot.
If anyone is ever in the area,I highly recomend taking a peek.
They have a HUGE collection of cars.A prototype thirdgen to boot! along with a turbo t/a. And a 2nd gen. t/a from the Smokey&the Bandit movie.
There is no joke, the Ocala National Parts Depot has a VERY impressive collection of clean/unrestored vehicles.
So if you haven't had the pleasure,I suggest you check it out.

I worked for them in 2003, what you saw is only a fraction of the cars they own. They actually have employees there 24/7 because it's cheaper for them to insure the collection that way vs. an unmanned security system. Lots of neat cars and memorbila there.
Ive walked through there and seen the collection twice. Its pretty cool! I also live in Ocala, so I have been going there for years to buy parts for my 65 Elcamino. Are they selling third gen parts yet? I didnt think they were, just wanted to check.

I frequent the place for my second gen camaro needs.

Its not always open to the public. IF you have your wife sweet talk them and tell them you just got married maybe they will take you back there. I know they open it up every October for the Octoberfest GM car show.
Here is an article I just saw on Ocala.com Has a picture of the warehouse where he keep the cars. You cant see eveything either! There is about 2 rows that are not in the picture.
does anyone know if it is open... the last time I was there (long time ago) they had moved it all to warehouse some big parts line... I was there a couple months ago and looked through the door windows and couldn't see anything. It would be great to go see it again, I have a buddy I would love to share it with. What an experience it was to see it the first time. I am in Leesburg, so it is not far for me.
